This website's content is designed to provide information about Susan's personal weight loss.  This is not a weight loss program.  What worked for Susan may not work for you. Susan's weight loss was the result of a combination of eating a healthy diet, excercise routines and sheer determination of a very strong woman.  No drugs or starvation techniques were used.   At all times Susan was under the care of her physician who monitored her weight loss and excercise program.  Susan's diet was developed by herself.  At no time were any physical risks involved.

Susan's activities revolved around walking, swimming and cross-country skiing.  These may   not be the excercises for you. Should you decide to get involved in any activities or excercises you are encouraged to consult your personal physician first and at all times keep him/her advised. In any event, any such decision you may make regarding following any of the activities described or suggested by Susan you do so at your own risk.  Susan Hill does not assume any liability for your actions.  You are at all times encourged to set your own limits and never exceed them until you become physically toned and your endurance builds.
