To the website of Susan Hill.   This site was put together for people who want to lose weight.      I mean   serious weight, learn  about  healthier  ways to  live and   have  fun  doing it.  Speaking  from experience  and having a successful  weight lost goal of over 200 pounds, I want to reach out to each of you  and  share  ideas,  tips,  thoughts,  humor,   songs   and anything   that  may  help you    lose those extra pounds and have the motivation of "Staying on Track!"
